FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you do pickups?

Yes, If you would like to pick up your order in Scarborough, ON. Send a message to thecrowniebar@outlook.com to request pick up. We will coordinate from there.

Where are you located?

The Crownie Bar operates as a home business, so we do not provide our exact address for privacy reasons. However, we are located in Scarborough, ON. At Meadovale and Sheppard. You can enter M1B 2H7 into a navigation system to estimate the travel time for pick up!

Once you place an order and you chose pickup. You will receive detailed instructions and our exact location for pickup.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 6, as we only offer our products in pack of 6 for now. If you are interested in ordering a dozen or more, or if you require custom orders, please feel free to contact us at thecrowniebar@outlook.com. We'd be happy to assist you.

When will I receive my brownies/blondies?

Our brownies and blondies are shipped within 2-4 business days after placing your order. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via Xpresspost to ensure freshness.

To which locations do you deliver?

We currently deliver our products only within Canada for now. Please note that shipping fee may vary depending on the destination.

What is the shelf life of these brownies/blondies?

Our brownies and blondies are best enjoyed within two weeks of delivery. To maintain their freshness and quality, we recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature after opening them. For extended freshness, you can also refrigerate them. Please note that refrigeration might cause them to harden; we recommend heating them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or leave them at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.

Can we freeze them?

Yes, definitely! If you think it'll take more than two weeks to consume them, then we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Freezing will keep them fresh up to a week!

What if my brownies/blondies arrived melted?

If they arrived melted, don't worry! Simply place them in the refrigerator for a short time to firm them up. Once they have cooled, they should be just as delicious as intended.

Why are my orders taking longer to be delivered?

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier issues.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. If you have any issues with your order or need assistance, please contact us the thecrowniebar@outlook.com and we will do our best to address your concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have any gluten free options?
